Return Process

  Log in to your QskinzTM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original protective packaging to prevent damage to the precision-cut materials during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned electronics skin, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
